Faculty of Management, Administration and Tourism

Khmelnytskyi National University (KhNU) is one of the leading classical universities of Ukraine in the ranking of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

8,000 students study at the university at 8 faculties. The educational process is provided by more than 80 doctors of science, professors and 410 candidates of science, associate professors. At KhNU, within the framework of the organization of the educational process, a degree system of training specialists has been implemented in educational-professional and educational-scientific programs: Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctor of Philosophy. More than 20 scientific schools and 35 educational, scientific and industrial centers are successfully developing at the university.

 The Faculty of Management, Administration and Tourism is one of the basic faculties at the university. The structure of the faculty includes 3 departments: Management and Administration; Economic Theory, Entrepreneurship and Trade; Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant Business. 600 students study at the faculty, 9 doctors of science, professors, 20 candidates of science, associate professors provide the educational process.

As a part of the educational process, the faculty operates 6 educational and professional bachelor’s programs, in particular: Management; Tourism; Hotel and Restaurant Business; Public Management and Administration; Business Management; Trade Business Management and Commercial Logistics.

Among the master’s educational programs 6 have been introduced: Management Business Administration; Management of Organizations; Entrepreneurship; Trade business management and commercial logistics; Tourism; Management of Organizations (English language).

The third level of higher education at the faculty is provided by the implementation of the educational and scientific program for the training of doctors of philosophy in management and doctors of philosophy in entrepreneurship.

Scientific schools are successfully operating within the faculty in the areas of: “Economic security at the macro-, meso-, and micro-level” (academic supervisors Y. Rudnichenko, S. Matyukh), “Management of competitiveness and development of entrepreneurial structures in the face of globalization challenges” (academic supervisor V. Stadnyk), “Principles of sustainable development of tourism and the hotel and restaurant business: regional and international dimensions” (academic supervisor I. Zhurba) and 5 educational and scientific laboratories.
